Very centrally located to every attraction.

The location was excellent. The room was well located and the beds were comfy.
There was construction near the hotel and the view was impacted but not the fault of the hotel.

Nice location
Old and antiquated building with very little natural light in the bedroom. Rude and inhospitable staff which made it an easy decision to stick with Marriott. I have never been treated so poorly by any property than I was here and I shall never darken the door of a Hyatt again.

Staff was friendly and helpful! The location was great for the Alamo and the Riverwalk.
There was no “cozy” places to hang out with friends. The Lobby was a gigantic throughout fare - very spacious but no small gathering places.

Clean, updated, and spacious Atrium suite for family of 5. There is no carpet in the room!!
Beautiful lobby and secure (room key required) elevators and lobby bathrooms for safety.
The breakfast buffet was high-quality and included a make your own omelette station! Hyatt Regency on riverwalk is now my go-to when I stay in San Antonio!

Great bed. Lovely, spacious rooms. Good valet service. Perfect Riverwalk location. Restaurant and bar on site! Responsive staff! Well done, Hyatt!
Noise from other guests. Outdoor noise late at night. Guests cooking in their room ( Room 563) - and ensuing smell in the hall and room from that hamburger grilling!

The room was lovely and very clean. The drinks in the bar were great and the limited food we had was also very good. All staff we encountered were well trained and very nice.
The room was noisy though we requested a quiet room. Third floor over street and river. Though the view was lovely and we appreciated that. The revving motorcycles during early morning hours made it difficult to sleep. Also storage in the room was EXTREMELY limited. There was one drawer and an open closet with 8 hangers for two of us to share for a three day visit.

The rooms are too dark even with every light on in the room.
