overall the stay was pleasant

our room was not cleaned during our 3 night stya?

They had bed bugs in room 221. We left as soon as we seen the bugs. We notified management and with the way she acted you could tell they knew they had a bug problem.

Everything exceeded our expectations

Breakfast was convenient. Location good. Clean and quiet.

Small rooms, it’s not that we didn’t like it, I mean the name is Microtel, but there was literally just enough room to walk on each side of the bed.

the only minor issue: the card reader at the door does not work well (I did not report this issue)

The room was very clean and easy to get to.

The bath room, we walked in to our room and we both had to go to the bathroom and I went first and then my wife went and when she went the toilet backed up and wouldnt go down,I went to the front desk and the girl said we dont have any maintance people on staff so you will have to fix it your self. Well after riding for two hours and then told you have to fix it your self that didnt sit well. The next morning the same problem again, the manager said well you got a good rate on this room so there is nothing I can do for you.

Very clean, friendly staff and location

Beds were very uncomfortable, could feel the springs through the mattress and the continental breakfast was all carb based, no proteins.

There was no maid service for the 2 night we stayed..but otherwise great hotel.

The hotel was very clean and the staff always friendly.

The bed and bedding is starting to get worn down.

Location. Ive been coming here since it was built. Location is great. Staff that checked me in was fantastic.

The unshaved, unkempt Indonesian man that stood at the check in counter and scowled at people when they walked by. Starred until I greeted him each time then looked away like he couldn't be bothered to smile. One day, somebody with a worse attitude than mine is going to fix that for him, whether he wants to or not.
