The staff was wonderful!! We missed our train because our plane was late. We called and they held our rooms until we arrived the day after our original check in date. We needed to stay an extra night and the process was simple and easy. The pool was well kept and clean. We enjoyed our swim and the hot tub. The bed was quite comfortable; better than we expected. By no means is this a luxury hotel, but it met our needs.

The housekeeping service need to pay attention and do a better job. I'm almost certain they were contracted and not employees. Items were not restocked consistently, e.g., wash clothes, coffee, etc. It was hit and miss at best. We made several trips to the office to get what we needed. The floors need a good scrubbing, they are sticky. The bathroom floor in one of our rooms was not clean when we checked in; walking on it left black on the bottom of your feet. Sharing this information so the owner/manager can address this issue. Other than Housekeeping our stay was fabulous.

lots of garbage out back of bath window# 149. t v didn't work on day one so they moved us and we got a little better room on night 2. pool is supposed to be heated but with temps at 95, it was still too cold to use. breakfast was good. sausage and eggs undercooked but still at least they were there. better than average for included breakfasts.
