Nothing. very inhabitable. We ended up staying at the Landmark which was adequate to our needs.

We didn't stay in our room after finding long hairs in the bathroom. We found long black hairs and a child's muddy footprints on our sheets. I waited a half hour along with several guests before a desk clerk was available. No desk clerk at the desk during that time. Our grand children couldn't use the bathroom because it was out of order. Several guests complained about their room entry door was ajar and couldn't be locked and also asked for their refund as well as I did

The room was a good size and semi updated.

It was dirty. My daughter was barefoot for 10 minutes and had black feet. There was also a pile of dirt and dust along the bed as if it was not recently swept or mopped. Upon checking in, the staff was not friendly. We were traveling with 2 small children and just came from an 11 hour drive. We got there at 3 and was told we could not check in until 4. I understood that was the policy so I asked if we could use a bathroom to change in, I was told to use the bathroom in the pool house. It was absolutely disgusting and had no toilet paper. After we got changed and walked out, the lady at the front desk was checking in two different couples! That means atleast two rooms were ready when I was just told there were no rooms available until 4. We were excited about it having a pool but it was not clean and had no towels to use.

The breakfast was a bowl of cereal and coffee. I don't think that was much of a breakfast. And the room had no heat.

Didn't like the breakfast just a bowl of cereal and coffee. It least could have a decent breakfast. The room had no heat that we was in and you could tell the floors weren't swept or mopped, didn't have towels in room either.

The room was clean, and comfortable. I was worried during check-in because a woman had come down and told the front desk that she wanted a refund and that she wasn't satisfied with the room. I got to my room and everything was as it was supposed to be and expected to be.

The walls are paper thin. We heard another room arguing. But nothing to really cause a problem about.

The location was great

Well, I in the middle of the night I was feeling like something was biting and I got to looking around it was bedbugs. I went to let the staff know the night staff move me to another room but the morning staff was awful. The customer service was terrible and this was on the 26th of last month. I have called left messages and emails. No one has contacted me back about the issue.

The rooms were clean, the location was nice

The staff was very rude and hateful. Breakfast started at 7, and they didn’t have cereal for the milk till 8:00. They didn’t have any juice, the machine was out of order so we had to bring our own drinks. They didn’t have anything for breakfast except waffles and cereal. They only bring towels and wash cloths every 3 days. How do they expect someone to take a shower each night.

We liked how comfortable the beds were!

One light bulb was out in our room, the curtain was broken so light came in, the floor was VERY dirty! We have an infant and we couldn’t put him down to crawl around because of how dirty it was.

Nothing horrible experience unfortunately

The rooms were very dirty. We killed multiple cockroaches. Mold in bathroom. Floors were not swept or mopped . Bathroom doors were filthy with food stuck on walls. Grounds had trash every where. Trash cans were full. Only was offered 1 set of towels and 1 set of wash rags and 2 rolls of toilet paper for a week. No bath mat or hand towels. When we were checking out there was another couple in line ahead of us and they was explaining that the same thing was going on with them also and they was going to contact there lawyer.

Building was old and not properly maintained. One party of our group is a construction company owner and we had several safety issues. Room was not properly cleaned. The sheets were on top of the blankets. Walkway was dark and dingy. It was creepy feeling walking alone. The elevator got stuck with someone on nit. No towels/washcloths were in the room. They had to be gotten from the front desk. It took five trips. I had three rooms for three days. One microwave was not working. Floors were sticky feeling. No carpet. Bathrooms were not properly cleaned with mildew/mold in the showers. Keys quit working during the visits and had to be reprogrammed. Couldn't sleep for traffic, Paid extra $20 per room for 3 roooms for 3 nights = $180 for breakfast and had cold cereal available. Waffles available one day, no waffle mix the next. We were told a "hot" breakfast. We never found eggs or bacon or biscuits. Total waste of money. Refund is desired, Never will I stay at a Howard Johnson again. My family stayed at this chair as a child and it was fine. Facility was not well maintained and is in poor condition. Staff did not care.

everything else, one of worst places I've stayed, due to cleanliness, handicap access awful, hotel didn't have enough towels for people , just told us we couldn't get any because they didn't have them, towels, wash rags and hand towels AND no toilet paper, had to ask for that, building really needs some maintenance

That there were roaches. First room we seen 5 as soon as turned on bathroom light. Switched to another room and seen and killed 1 in bathroom. If seen any more was going to ask for money back. Breakfast was a joke. Loaves of bread for toast thst everyone was sticking hand in. Milk for cereal was warm. Coffee was out. Roll of paper towel that was being used for napkins had jelly all over top

It was close to attractions

We went in and the shower curtain was covered in human feces. When we talked with the front desk they moved us to another room. However the new room there was several things broken. Not happy at all!

Our initial room upon check in had bed bugs once we brought it to the attention of the front desk we was told that we could not get a refund of our stay that there would be no manager available to speak to til later in the week and all they had to offer us was another room. So.we had no choice but to take another room we had to ask for additional towels as this room didn't even have enough towels in it to accommodate the three of us even though the front desk stated it had just been cleaned earlier in the day. We did venture out to the pool and discovered that the outside pool was in poor shape it was very dirty with alot of debris and standing water in places. It had patches of grass growing up through broken concrete. The grounds were unkept with lots of weeds growing up and untrimmed trees and bushes. The pool water itself was very dirty and the small kiddie pool appeared to not even have been cleaned at all. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Love the beds and the location.

Could have been cleaner! Our room looked like it hadn't even been swept. The indoor pool was way too hot. The kids spot on the outdoor pool was out of order but looked disgusting! Lastley the outdoor pool could have been sifted and the slide needs better water supply!

Dirty, roaches in our room at 3am, moved to another room that was equally as dirty. Curtain rod is hanging off the wall but no roaches so far. Only staying as it is 3am and my son needs sleep.

The pictures are not recent. when we checked in multiple people were complaining about cockroaches but we got the key to our room and as soon as we walked in the bed wasn’t even completely made and when we pulled back the sheets there were crumbs and hair like the sheets hadn’t even been washed. my husband looked around the fridge for bugs and as soon as he opened the door to the fridge one came running out from underneath. also the smell in the room was awful did not smell clean at all. when we went to the front desk to get a refund the cleaning lady told the manager the room next to ours also had them and they needed to get some spray. the pictures are VERY misleading!
