The workers in the hotel and casino seemed friendly. The parking lots were well lit and the rooms were decent.
The room had a muggy smell and though there was a refresh in the rooms and hallways. Them room still seemed a little dated.

Very nice rooms and staff was great.
Unfortunately the town of Metropolis lost water that night and there was no water at the hotel all night. They offered for us to check out but we had gambling and drinking and had a 2 hour drive home. It was bearable.

The hotel itself was very clean. My room was very clean and felt nice and cozy. A good amount of room to relax and chill out during the evenings. Elevators were also right next to the entrance so that made coming and going a breeze.
Really my only complaint was that this hotel still has the old school cable TV service. Why all hotels now days aren't switching over to smart TV's is crazy to me. Other than that, I really didn't have much to complain about.

Location.
The male front desk employees acted like I was bothering them to check in. The only personable people were the guards for the casino. The only restaurant on sight had sandwiches. To get real food, we had to leave the hotel because the only onsite restaurant is open Thursday to Sunday 😡😡😡
