The staff was amazing, friendly. They gave us an upgrade to a suite.
Nothing. It was clean, easy to get to. Looking forward to staying there again.

The location was good. Walking distance from Disney and the Convention Center. Mini fridge and microwave included with a large shower.
The bed had loud, uncomfortable springs which made my back hurt in the morning. The breakfast, which I am thankful for them having one, left much to be desired. And I would have liked a bit more water pressure in the shower.
