Little upgrades in rooms needed. They are very clean though. New pillows

Easy check in and parking. Nice lobby area to meet friends.
rooms seem a little dated. Bathroom tub and sink were stopped up and could have used an upgrade.

I loved how close it was to the red hat amphitheatre and the museums and restaurants. It was quiet, and clean and beautiful. The staff was very courteous.
Not really a complaint. Upon check in there was a moment where they had trouble finding my reservation because my first and last name had been reversed in their system. But the confusion only lasted a few moments and I had no other problems during my stay.

Clean rooms, good space.
You can listen to all the noise of the people next to your rooms and that is really uncomfortable and really annoying.
