Great location for going to Great Smoky Moiuntain National Park! Spacious room, comfortable beds, great price, lots of parking available. Friendly front desk staff
Bathroom could have been cleaner - initially appeared so but there was hair still in the shower/tub from a previous guest; no issues with the rest of the room.

The location to our event was perfect. The location to other places was awesome as well. Food places within walking distance souvenir shops in walking distance. The pool was nice. Ample parking. Beds clean and comfortable bathroom clean and well stocked.
The sitting chairs were not comfortable. Too hard.

The bed was hard and back hurt the next morning.

Location, clean , friendly. My wife and I just loved the place. Will definitely return soon.
The only little thing i would ask for is to have a channel guide for the TV in the room . That would be very helpful for us that come in a little early to relax and watch TV.

I enjoyed everything about my stay at Great smokies inn. the beds were comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean as well as the grounds and pool area.It was also very quiet at night.The staff were very friendly and accommodating. As well as informative about the best places to eat and the area. Whenever I'm taking a trip to Cherokee this will forever be my spot.
The one and only complaint which really wasn't a big deal and wouldn't be a reason for me not to return would be the pillows. They were kind of worn, flat and lumpy. However I just doubled up and did just fine.

The area.
Ran out of hot water. Couldn't even get a shower. The front desk people were extremely rude.

We went in the middle of Jan. so it was quiet and not busy. It was close to the casino which we liked. The room was reasonably priced,it was clean and had the amenities we needed. I'm a smoker so getting a smoking room where you can sit and relax was a plus for me!

The lady at the desk was so funny and witty!! We enjoyed her so much. The room was clean, cozy, and the beds were comfortable
The only issue we had was there did not seem to be enough hot water when showering but this would definitely not keep from visiting again.

Room was stale smelling but appeared clean. Bought Febreeze and Lysol to take care of it.
