Always beautifully decorated, welcoming and extremely clean. Rooms are spacious, AC was amazing and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. Kimberly has been so helpful, professional and friendly. Breakfast is really good. Great selection.
Nothing at all. Our stay was perfect

We drove over 8hrs, arrived 3hrs early. Was told the room was ready, but it would cost $25 plus tax more to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed two nights and upon checkout, was told I couldn’t receive a senior citizen discount because I had booked through Booking.com. I was told if I’d have booked through the Best Western website, I could have gotten the senior citizen discount.
The breakfast would have been better if kept warmer. The sausage was rubbery. The coffee was excellent.
