The hotel is very bad. The name is different from what they have online. Bad road, bad customer service. Nothing is good about the hotel.

Very conveniently located to everything. Grounds stayed picked up and cleaned very well.

I enjoyed how quiet it is. My kids enjoyed the food in the area. The staff were great. They accommodated to our every need. I booked a suite room with my children and husband while waiting for our apartment to be ready. My kids are very comfortable in their own room and bed. We have a door in our room that leads us to the next room to where our children are. They have their own TV, microwave and fridge. We all didn’t have any problems, the service was amazing. The staff is wonderful and very kind. The location is amazing because there are so many things to do in the area. There are so many food choices just by standing outside the door of the hotel room. I would definitely recommend. I will also be staying again . This is the place to be if you are looking for peace and quiet with a quick get a way.

Nothing that had to do with the hotel. I feel as if food places should be open a little longer than closing at 9pm. They close so early and you won’t have much food options because the other 2 food places close at 11.

The thing I loved most about my stay at Williamsburg suites was the high convenience demand to get around the city. So much to explore and this location puts you dead in the middle of all the best restaurants and attractions. One thing this hotel offers that most dont is PETS are welcomed ! We all know how our furry friends are family as any other. The room I rented was a pretty decent size and the bathroom is huge ! Awesome mirror across entire sink area. What I loved most about my stay was the staff <3 especially the front desk Mr.Dietrick. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Another wonderful team is housekeeping, we stayed a week and was very much checked on about housekeeping needs and maintenance made sure we had everything needed and working as requested. I am currently on my Second week stay at this location and it won’t be my last.

Maybe offer grab and go breakfast, but stay was great.

Location was perfect. Close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was excellent, everyone was friendly, inviting, and went above and beyond. Rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious. Very reasonable pricing, you definitely get more than you pay for.
