Good price and location to our venue.

Our air conditioner in the room was broken and we told the front desk and they said that is just how it is! Not an acceptable answer or resolution to our complaint. Our toilet seat was also broken and not fixed as well!

The breakfast was fine for me. Offering a choice of fruit would improve this area. The location was good for me. I was near to the bus route and was able to easily travel to downtown Pittsburgh.

At breakfast, more variety in choice of fruit. I only saw bananas.

it was pretty clean

the fitness room was awful. it’s not what I really think of when it says it has a workout area. Its the smallest room I’ve ever been in to workout at any hotel. it had room for 2 cardio machines and one was broken. the were the only things in the room not that you could fit much else. Oh other than a few 2lbs dumb bells.

The rooms were not cleaned well had stains in my bed and the breakfast was terrible. The front desk lady wasn't pleasant either when we asked for more towels

talk to lady on the phone said they had shuttle to airport after I paid for the room when I got there there was no freaking shuttle
