Comfort Inn & Suites Tunkhannock

Very clean and rooms comfortable. Staff were great, very friendly !!

All was good.

The OJ was ok. The toast was good.

Weve had much better breakfasts. There wasn't enough healthy choices. The eggs looked and tasted fake & too much pepper! No oatmeal or yogurt.

Everything was so clean and the workers were so kind. Jordan was unbelievably kind and made our stay magical!

Good location, room was clean and comfortable.

Wifi was not functioning, advised staff but the problem was not resolved. We found that the jacuzzi was not working, as the jets would not turn on. The room phone did not work. The door to the building on our side of the hotel would not grant us access. At breakfast, while waiting in line to get food, an extremely rude employee advised us that she was shutting down breakfast. This was 10 minutes early. She then continued to go on and on about the situation, belittling people for not coming to breakfast earlier, so we did not eat. Brought up the problems during checkout and was advised that some of those things were known issues. Paid over $200 for a room that did not provide what was advertised, without as much as an apology.
