The a/c was not working and it was hot and not comfortable to sleep and they had no fan

The bed was comfortable the microwave worked the TV worked but could have been bigger

There was mold around the tub where it meets the wall. The fridge was messed up not working my food got hot that I needed to put in the fridge until they came and fixed it multiple hours later. There was a huge rat running around outside the door then it went where the trash was which was a nasty area in the breezeway. They chased it out from under there and it got up in my car. And it was kind of noisy. And the stuff that showed on booking was not what my very wound up being. The lights where the desk was did not work or the plug below the desk.

Truly a wonderful experience! Staff was friendly and great!

Variety of foods to choose from. Clean surroundings; food was readily available.

TV had a glitch; management moved us to a new room. NO PROBLEM.

Ck in went very smoothly and directions to local facilities provided w a smile. Our room was clean, in good condition, well stocked. Our expectations were more than met.
