Crest Trail Lodge

Perfect location for trips into Mount Rainier. Close to Packwood which is a quaint spot with delicious food options. Reception staff were not at all rude as suggested in previous reviews and bathrooms were clean enough for use. Everything was as expected for what you are paying for. TV had access to streaming platform apps (which we had not had at all on our long road trip staying in chain facilities!) for cosy evenings. Really enjoyed our stay in this lodge.

Loved the whole town of Packwood, even though I stayed for just 1 evening and headed off to the national park the next morning. The hotel was clean, neat and very comfortable, and I liked the design for the entrance as well as the interior decor and wood floors. Very cozy. At the front desk, Jessica was outstanding. She knows what it means to provide exceptional customer service and was very friendly. There was a problem with the sink - it wouldn't drain, so she took care of the issue personally. I certainly wish I could have stayed another night. Wildlife photo was taken from the parking lot. 😯😀

We loved Packwood. Ideal for visiting Mount Rainer National Park. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Location to Mount Rainier was good

The hotel is dated and fairly basic. It appeared clean at first glance but would benefit from a deep clean. The sink was blocked and wouldn't drain properly. Overall it was satisfactory and served us for one night when visiting the park.
