Great customer service, comfortable bed, appreciated the lack of carpet, and cleanliness of the room.
Heads up on the construction in the hotel. I would have been nice to know ahead of time and then decide if it is a place I would want to stay.

Location was good.
They did not have my room ready by 3 pm when check out is 2pm. Ended up staying in a lesser valved suite because we needed to shower and get to a funeral. There were no kind of reimbursements offered. When I arrived I rang the bell and it took them over 10 minutes to respond. They are remodeling and furniture is piled in the lobby. Plastic covering the floors in the stairway. There were a few crickets in the room.
Breakfast was pretty solid.
Tv is weird and couldn’t operate it.
