Staff was friendly and the room was cleaned everyday. It also had the biggest tv we’ve seen and we’ve stayed at quite a few hotels in our life. We’re a family of 4 going for a few days for a hospital trip, which is literally across the street the outpatient surgery as well. Awesome.

Breakfast was good, and the staff was very clear to mention to use another room if the main area was busy. But I think they should have a sign there so guests don't forget or try to wait around for a table to clear up.
I didn't like that the bathroom felt much warmer than the rest of the room. I don't know if the a/c was off in there or not working properly. But the room design is good to accommodate people with disabilities, except for the light switch placement. It was placed far from the door and near the towels, which is more like the building structure/design wasn't mindful of it.

breakfast was dissapointing, the rooms and the entire building is old and not renovated. The bathtub was chipped and stained. Overall the hotel looks low maintenance musgy and old.
breakfast was VERY dissapointing, just a dewy scramble eggs, and not a lot of options. The air con was VERY loud and smelled weird.
