Great location, the coworking floor, terrace and included drinks were a really nice bonus - the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly

Good bed with clean sheets!
The pump of shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion is not good, but the products are good!

Everything was very nice.
Confined living space. But hey, it’s New York!

The location was close to the subway station which made it easy to move around the city quickly and easily. A few nice coffee shops and chain restaurants also make getting a quick bite to eat easy. 24/7 reception was appreciated as our flight landed in NYC at 1:00am.
The room was very hot and despite having a temperature control in the room, we were unable to change the thermostat. It made it very warm during the night and difficult to sleep. Using the elevators was frustrating as there were only three for the hotel and staff informed my partner that one was exclusively a service elevator despite it arriving at our floor when requested. There was not a proper door between the bedroom area and bathroom so minimal available privacy.
