Very nice, clean, light & bright .... staff was personable and efficient. The TV in the main bedroom wasn't working. The attendant came and made her best attempt at repairing it, she did get it to turn on, just couldn't get the volume to adjust. That was our one and only issue and your employee did her best to accommodate.
Thank you, this was our first experience staying with TownPlace and it won't be our last.

Nice location
The continental breakfast was disappointing, and when we checked in at night, we were told the water would be completely shut off the next day from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. It would’ve been appreciated if they had offered a discount or the option to stay at their sister hotel. Overall, not worth the price.
