Muy sucia la habitación inicial, la cama del sofá tenía cucarachas muertas y suciedad, abajo del colchón encontramos un calcetín sucio, eso hace notar que no hacen buena limpieza

Location and nice rooms
The Staff, very rude and unprofessional, a guy who works there I'm guessing just didn't like me or the way I looked he was a not polite very rude wouldn't answer my questions was short

So much space
We had a double suite room booked but they were unavailable when we arrived. We ended up staying in different rooms.

Absolutely nothing
So much to list. Rooms were disgusting and dirty. Tried to file a complaint and management wouldn’t contact me back. Found roaches. Sink didn’t work properly. No hot water and so much more

The room was dirty. The furniture and carpet very dirty. The sofa bed mattress had a blood stain on it.

The property is very well kept! The check-in staff are friendly and very responsive to your needs. The rooms are very spacious and clean as well as the appliances. we never had a problem with the water temperature no matter when you used the bath or kitchen. I would definitely stay again!!
I didn’t like the fact that only one staff member came to our room to see if we needed anything and pick up
our garbage only 1 day of our 4 day stay. It appeared that they didn’t want to come up those stairs since we were on the 3rd level. We had to go get our own towels . Also, the outside area need to be treated for insects.

Location…. it’s close to everything
No daily cleaning. Should at least give us towels every other day.Had to wait an hour extra to check in.

The room size, amenities, the size of the TVs...There is nothing that I can nor would complain about. Also love the fact that its pet friendly & able to walk my dog with ease.
Nothing did not have to be better bc everything was phenominal.
