The property was very cozy and I like the customer service provided.
There wasn’t nothing to dislike

Location was good, Breakfast lack of variety, same menu every day
Complementary water in the room

The room was clean and on a high floor, which I'd hoped for. The room was small but had what I needed.
The air conditioner was loud and needs updating. The duvet was ridiculously thick for summer – I had to take it off the bed. The curtains were long and, when closed, covered the air conditioner vent, so I had bunch them up on the window sill – not good room design! I was charged over $500 for one night – not surprising for World Cup finals weekend with weather-related air traffic cancellations causing all hotels to price-gauge that night. But it was an insane amount of money for this 3-star hotel.

The location is good
The facility is much older than the photos show. The breakfast is very basic and not worth it value. The staff is not helpful at all.

"Hotel situato a 40 minuti di metro da Times Square raggiungibile con la linea viola dal capolinea al centro. La struttura si trova nel quartiere Flusghing (Chinatown) nel Queens, è una zona molto viva..."
