It is well-located in downtown Roanoke. The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are fresh and functional. The attached parking garage is a huge plus.
The breakfasts remain fairly basic and could be improved by ensuring that the hot doshes are actually hot.

Very convenient for attending the national championships for mountain biking. Breakfast is decent. Rooms are very comfortable.
Compared to other places, the cost was high, although that may have been driven by the timing of our stay.

Breakfast was convenient.
The facility charged $521.71 instead of $500.42 per the reservation.
My husband arrived at 10 pm and had to ring the bell for a while before being able to get into the facility. The staff was half asleep.
He stayed in one room one night and did not feel well. He changed room. The second room was okay until he turned on the AC. We question the cleanliness of it air ventilation system.
