Al piano inferiore abbiamo l’ingresso, il soggiorno, una camera matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia e la terrazza, affacciata sulla cupola del Duomo. Al piano superiore, la cucina/pranzo ed una seconda camera matrimoniale.
Completamente ristrutturato nel 2015, è climatizzato (caldaia a metano + pompa di calore), dispone di TV satellitare, lettore DVD, PC con stampante, scanner e fotocopiatrice, lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, forno multifunzione, frigo/congelatore, moka e caffettiera americana, telefono, asciugacapelli, ferro e asse da stiro, tostapane, aspirapolvere, giochi di società, guide turistiche e libri.
Per rispondere anche ai massimi criteri di sicurezza è attrezzato con un impianto di rilevazione ed allarme per fumo, metano, monossido di carbonio, illuminazione di sicurezza, estintore e coperta spegnifuoco.

Awesome apartment, cleverly designed to fit two bedrooms, living area, kitchen and bathroom into a small space. It is located right in the heart of Florence 2min walk from the Duomo and 5 min walk to the Uffizi. The hike up the stairs with our luggage was worth it for the location. Thank you.

The place was great and so accommodating to store our luggage. It had a homey and cozy feel and was very clean. Great location! Under 10 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio Bridge and to “the David”. Lots of restaurants near by. I would stay there again.

This was an absolute gem of a property. We were able to get around and very easily. The property itself was very clean and modern and had beautiful balcony views of the city. Would return to this property any time.

We were so pleased with this wonderful apartment that was so close to everything in Florence! We were able to walk everywhere including to the train station! And what a beautiful sight to go out to the terrace and see the Duomo at night. The apartment is just as pictured and is very clean and chairs/bed/couch are comfortable. It is across from a very nice hotel with extremely wonderful staff who were always willing to help us with suggestions. Many wonderful restaurants were available on the blocks around us as were every kind of shop-even grocery stores and fruit/veg markets. I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We will certainly come back when we return to Florence.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvia’s apartment. The location was ideal – close to so many sights and attractions as well as restaurants, cafes and shops. The apartment had everything we could want – a balcony with a view of the Duomo, a well-stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and the apartment and location were quiet. I would definitely stay again if I’m back in Florence.

We slept wonderfully in this centrally located, comfortable apartment. Everything was within 15 minutes walking distance. We stopped daily at the bakery (pizzas, calzones, breads, pastries!) just a few steps away. The apartment had everything we needed for a delightful trip to Florence. We did have a bit of difficulty using the online check in system (cellular wasn’t working for either of our phones- husband 4G and mine 5G) but I was able to login to the apartment Wi-Fi from the street and access it that way. Once we were able to connect, it was a breeze. I would recommend this apartment for a stay in Florence!

We stayed almost 2 weeks in Silvia's magnificent apartment and hated leaving. There are simply not enough words to express how perfect the apartment was for my husband and me. This was our first trip to Florence and the location was wonderful. We walked to everything and the neighborhood had anything and everything we could have hoped for (2 art supply stores, paper shops, grocery stores/produce stand, and so many charming restaurants. The apartment was immaculate, well outfitted, and quiet. The balcony with views of the Duomo provided the perfect spot for coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon. Silvia was a fabulous host and her communication was perfect. I almost hate writing such a glowing review as the property is already difficult to book. We are hoping to visit again and stay for at least a month in 2025. Thank you Silvia for sharing this outstanding apartment!

This property is in immaculate condition and it’s a quality environment in a quality location. Everything easily walkable from the apartment. The owners clearly have a high standard which is reflected in the entire experience - they are very buttoned-up and specific about all the details, and they are helpful and responsive. The digital key worked perfectly. We didn’t stay long enough to take advantage of all the amenities, but if you want an A apartment, this is a sure thing. There is no elevator and carrying 3 large bags up 76 steps wasn’t fun, but the apartment was worth it. We would have loved a noon check-out vs 10:00am, but we were out of there on time regardless. In fact, the cleaning person arrived 30 minutes early, but politely waited outside so we could depart.

My wife and I spent 5 glorious days in Florence, and the highlight of the trip by far was our stay at this wonderful spot very close to the Duomo. Despite the 4 flights of steps to get to the top floor, the place was amazing and very accommodating. We loved this apartment and miss it already! I would highly recommend this to anyone in a heartbeat.

My husband and I stayed here for our last night in Florence and it was perfect for us. The location and views of the Duomo from the balcony were fabulous! Access to the building using a phone was very easy and there are a lot of steps, but that is how you get the views. This was a nice way to end our trip!

The perfect apartment in the heart of Florence is how I would describe this place! Steps away from all of the cafes, restaurants, shops and attractions. The property is exactly as pictured on the website and is well stocked to meet your every need. We loved every minute of our 2 week stay and would highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay here! A short walk from the train station, easy to find, check in was easy and location was perfect- walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Loved sitting on the balcony at night drinking wine and enjoying the beautiful view of the Duomo. The apartment was comfortable and clean and had a cool Italian vibe to it, which we loved. We had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Nice location but difficult to find. Small road taxi left us at bottom of street. Don’t go with lots of luggage as it is on top floor and steep.

Very fine located and a nicely furnished flat.
The host was available via mail and answered all our question.
In the end, we had some problems to get our luggage out, because codes didn‘t work. The hosts were helpful and on time.

If we return to Florence we will definitely try and stay here again. The apartment had everything we needed and was very nicely decorated. The view of the duomo is even more impressive than it looks in the pictures and it is truly a two-minute walk away. Be aware that it is at the top of a long flight of stairs, but if that isn’t an issue I would highly recommend.

This apartment was in a wonderful location in the center of Florence. It was easy to walk to everything! The apartment itself was very cute and the air conditioning worked well, which was important in the middle of a heat wave. I was , a little concerned that the keyless entry might be confusing, but it worked very well. I was a bit confused by which apartment it was, so it might have helped to say just go to the top of the stairs, but we figured it out.
Overall a wonderful stay! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place in the middle of Florence.

The property was perfect for our two days in Florence. It was in an absolutely phenomenal location, one block from the Duomo. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to with ease. The apartment was a bit smaller than anticipated; but that wasn’t an issue. The walls and floors were a bit thin, which was more of an issue. Overall would give this 5 stars and would book again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Silvia’s place! The natural light and balcony were such a joy in the mornings, and the space is so romantically designed. The bedrooms have different feels and we loved how the upstairs bedroom was like a little nook. The art on the walls was impressive as well, and added a lovely touch to the place. Plenty of towels and blankets were available, and the A/C was fabulous!
Also, the location was simply breathtaking. We never had to take a single car to any place. We walked everywhere, as this place is right by the Duomo and amazing restaurants.
Finally, Silvia was so accommodating and was easy to reach with any questions.
We will absolutely be looking to stay here upon our return to Firenze!

This apartment exceeded our expectations as the pictures do not do it justice. We found this apartment very clean and comfortable. All of beds and couch were very comfortable and the kitchen was well laid out. There is a washer and separate dryer as well as four air conditioning units which kept the apartment extremely cool in the high of a brutal heat wave. The only downside is the climb up to the apartment but that was clearly mentioned in the description. Would absolutely come here again!!

We loved this apartment! Yes, there are many stairs. We instantly felt at home here and loved the apartment layout and were very comfortable. They have a lot of nice art and a beautiful terrace to view the Duomo.
There is no early check in, but through speaking with the owner, there is a vestibule which is part of the 2 apartments on the top floor where you can securely leave your luggage.
The air conditioning was fantastic. We stayed here during the heatwave in July when is was 100 degrees. There are few apartments that have a dryer, we found this to be helpful. The street the apartment is located on is a side street, which was quiet, but still in the heart of Florence. Highly recommend!!

Nothing short of an amazing stay. It has everything you need to make your stay more than comfortable. The view of the Duomo will take your breath away. It is a few flights up and worth every single step. Do not hesitate for a second to stay here!

We loved our stay at this property in Florence. Beautiful apartment and amazing location. Host was amazing with communication and info about our visit. Four of us stayed here, and we are all over 6' tall. If you have a lot of luggage or have a tough time with stairs, be warned their are three flights of stairs to take to get to the apartment. But we knew that going into it. Would stay here again, but probably take less luggage. :)

Great apartment very clean and fully euipped. Just be aware there are alot of steps which with suitcases is quite challenging! But other than that no complaint. Perfect location and good view off the balcony. We arrived early with 4 large suitcases and were able to contact the owner who advised how to enter the building and leave cases in a secure area which was very useful. We would recommend this apartment.

Taking two suitcases up the steps was lan intense workout. Loved the balcony. The check in process was much easier than managing a handful of keys for the multiple doors. The location was perfect.

The facility was as pictured, a wonderful view of the Duomo and private balcony to enjoy it from. The living area and beds were comfortable and once we finished the check in paperwork, all was magical. Large fridge and easy kitchen would be grand for a longer stay than ours.

Because of the language barrier (we don't speak Italian and they speak limited English), we have some trouble checking in. It all worked out in the end and the place is gorgeous. Fantastic updating of a very old and classic building. My husband is a retired contractor and it takes a lot to really impress him but this place did. View of the Cathedral at night was breathtaking. We underestimated the difficulty of getting around Florence in a rented car, so had to a lot walking and didn't stay the second night we booked because of time constraints in our travel plans. Very Nice Stay.
