Unit was clean

Keyless check-in more of a hassle than it should be. Getting info from managing company very frustrating since cannot connect to a person when automated menu inadequate. Directed to the managing company’s web site that I could not enter since it did not recognize my email and no options to check or renter email. Entry into parking garage difficult since door entry site only had QR code to scan for info but then asked for code to continue. The only code ever given was room door code that was not accepted. The managing company for parking ( which is in the building where you stay) is different from the company managing lodging and the only way to reach them is through the QR code as noted. Finally just put credit card in a slot and door opened but suspect will be charged an unknown amount for each entry (will have to see what charges appear on our card). Once finally in, the TV in the small living room is not connected to the internet so cannot access any services. Could not even get regular TV. Settings only showed no internet connection with no info on how to correct. No info in room on TV access. Ditto for TV in bedroom. Door for deck and hot tub access needed code and, again, only code was room code (which was also labeled as code for common doors) which did not work. Understand added costs for cleaning during this time, but this nearly doubled cost of room. Overall pricey to have so many hassles, lack of TV and no deck or hot tub access.
