The beds were comfy and the room had a partial view of the water and it was very close to the board walk.
It was very dirty I had to call to have someone vacuum the crumbs all over the couches.
The pool was not working. No remotes to the PlayStation. There were streaks all over the mirrors and the place was very dusty. There was tape covering damage to the bathtub and our check in was 45 min later then expected and we were told not to use the toilet in the guest bathroom for a couple hours sense they had to put caulking around it and that was not convenient with a family of 6. We would stay here again if condo is put back in good working clean order as we frequent seaside alot but these problems need to be taken care of first by the homeowner and not be neglected like they have been for some time now you can tell.

Never had breakfast. Didn't know we had that option.
I was pleased with it all.

The layout is perfect and the big open windows were gorgeous! Great location!
There was nothing really that I didn’t like….the only thing that could have made it better is if there was a hot tub!

Being close to everything.
If anything, maybe the light construction that was going on . But it really wasn't that noticable.

The square footage wasn’t bad and it wasn’t far from the Prom. If it was way cheaper it wouldn’t have been bad.
This was a 3 night stay for a week long vacation. This was by far the most expensive room and the worst room. There were rude people 2 floors up in room 418 that were spitting and throwing things down. The room below is the people would leave their 2 dogs alone all day so forget any relaxing it was non-stop barking and whining. Felt bad for the dogs. The pictures on here of the room are false, besides the picture on the wall, nothing is there that’s in the pictures. There was tape holding the master bath together. The room said “Ocean View” which was totally misconstrued as we were on a side street the farthest back from the ocean. I could go on all day with the dislikes of this room but all I will add to this is we stay at seaside every year and have been in many many of the hotels here, save your money and go with one of the cheaper ones because it will most likely be better than here.

The location is terrific. Walkable to everything in Seaside. Parking is easy.
Instructions on how to get in did not work. The electronic keypad did not let us in. Finally went down to the office and the attendant said I had it all wrong. I was supposed to check in with him, get keys, etc. that was the only time we had interaction with “staff.” Finally get in to the condo. It is not clean. Very dusty. The dryer has old lint and sand from many loads of laundry. Master shower/bath has tape where caulk should be. Mirror is cracked in 2 places. Furniture is old. Kitchen has barely the minimum if you want to cook. There is a huge crack in the ceiling over the dining table. Blankets have “218” on them with either magic marker or blue painter’s tape. Felt like going to camp. There is a deadbolt in a separate door to the outside from the master. It literally slid completely over leaving a hole. That door does not seal and cold air comes through making that room very cold and the other room is hot. There is no vacuum, just one of those roller/sweep things that doesn’t work so that when I emptied the lint trap I couldn’t get all the sand up. The unit needs some help.
