Dusty room with great location

I really like the location of this property and it’s such a huge hotel.

I thought for the rate that I paid, I would get a clean room. Instead, there was dust everywhere from the cups to the door to the lamp. Basically everywhere I looked there was dust and again for the price of this hotel per night, I would’ve expected a clean room overall. This definitely made my state feel uncomfortable because from the glasses, ice, bucket, coffee, machine, and other places of the hotel room, it grossed me out. Although I did or not pictures of the bathroom or lobby, I added pictures of the dust and they could only fit three pictures.

No free toiletries like toothbursh, toothpaste, comb and bottled water(tho there is a complimentary coffee and tea but should come with water) which are essential in a hotel stay especially during incovenient times given the amount of stay is kinda expensive. No slippers and bathrobe placed inside the room, you need to ask the service before

Superb

Close to downtown and walking distance to several places

The rooms were not cleaned well. Had chips all over the floors, in the corners, and under the bed. The toilet was clogged when we got to our room. White sheets had black stains on them and 1 pillow case was dirty.

Lovely setting and fun atmosphere.

Everything was beautiful, I loved how fun the pool was and the setting of the hotel.

The valet treated us as if we weren’t noticed, did not want to help with getting a cart. After we asked about one they pointed us where to grab it. They then pushed our cart to the elevator and left it, no hospitality what so ever.

The staff was wonderful and helpful.

Breakfast buffet was poorly run and not worth the price. There was not enough staff and they were poorly trained

Great location for our staycation!

The property has a chill vibe with attentive staff. Good size very clean room. The chocolate covered strawberries were excellent! Great option to have for guests.

For the price of rooms, breakfast and parking should be free. And rooms should have a microwave. Horrible bathroom lighting

I should have just been given the room I prepaid for when I checked in at 4:30. The poor sleep in t.

I loved the size of the room and the pool was nice! The bartender Sunday morning was very nice.

At check in I was told there wasn’t a room for me and I’d need to be on a waiting list. A manager was called over and I was given a very nice room right away, problem is it had a bed that folds into the wall, everything seemed fine until I woke up all night long because the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I have a 8 hour drive home the next day and I can’t move my neck to the right because of the awful bed. I paid a lot for this hotel room and I was very disappointed. Also I called the desk asking for toilet paper because we didn’t have any and it was never brought up.

wont be coming back to this location

We had booked a stay at this hotel for my Fiances 33rd birthday. When we checked in the girl the was helping us was nice and said she wanted to upgrade us to the top floor to a nicer room. When we arrived to our room the people next to us were super loud and it looked like the room hadnt even been cleaned yet. The floors were super dirty there were crumbs of food still on the night stand and we had to wipe down the sink and the elevator got stuck which was a big deal considering im deathly affraid of being confined to a small space like that for paying almost 300 for a 1 night stay we probably wont be back

fix the elevator issue since it seems to be a recurring problem according to the fire fighters that were there and make sure rooms are what people are paying for

Adequate for its purpose, but nothing to write home about.

The times the breakfast was open jibbed with our needs, and the fare was good.

The heat in the room failed and was uncomfortable the second night. The room decor was office-like and utilitarian, not very homey. That may be intentional for the average clientele.
