Charles did a great job with breakfast and Tanya was very attentive to our needs. Charles was very informative with restaurant suggestions and other area attractions.

Nothing we had a perfect stay.

The innkeeper was exceptionally helpful with all local information and had recommendations for every interest we had. Very personal service. Clean and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast!

This is a comfortable, friendly and reasonably priced B&B in Newport. There is a great large shady porch where we spent a lot of time, and ate breakfast. Our room was large and comfortable. Charles is a wonderful, flexible, helpful host with great recommendations. There is free parking in the driveway. The location was great for us - we walked and biked everywhere, and it's very close to First Beach and the Cliff Walk.

Our only complaint was that breakfast was served at 9am only. It would be good to note this somewhere in the description.

This was our first stay in Newport RI. We were very impressed with this bed and breakfast. Owner made us feel right at home and helped us with information on where to eat and things to do. The room was very clean and cozy. Breakfast was delicious. We would recommend friends and family to stay here. We will definitely be back😀

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

Charles is a most gracious host and superb chef. The house is a joy to behold with its various collections and artwork. Our room was great and we really enjoyed being away from the crowds downtown while being close to the beach and Cliff Walk.
