Room was clean and comfortable .. good convenient location.. and the breakfast was good and well stocked and clean each morning. The staff were friendly and accommodating

Staff was very helpful. The room was very clean and no smells. Pool was a little small but we enjoyed it. Hot tub was a great addition. Air conditioning ran very quiet! Mega plus ! The restaurant close to the hotel has the best smoked meat !

Location

With few exceptions, facility is very nice and the staff is exceptional. From the moment I came in, the person at the front desk offered me water and was efficient and kind. While rooms are cleaned on the third day, I was offered additional towels and toiletries which was wonderful. Aside from the message below, the room was very clean and welcoming and while I didn’t get breakfast the facility looked clean and inviting.

I stayed here specifically because you have a whirlpool suite and a hot tub and I decided to treat myself to relax in a hot tub and enjoy a nice whirlpool tub at night. The whirlpool in the room was dirty, it had buttons/knobs that no longer work and are gross, and 3 of the 4 jets are far beyond their last leg which was very disappointing because what can you do? There isn’t a large selection of whirlpool suites. I appreciate how difficult they are to maintain and clean, but perhaps don’t offer it if it’s too difficult or expensive to maintain and keep sanitized and clean. The hot tub by the pool was out of order. I used the pool briefly and it was fine, but the hot tub and whirlpool were the reason I came and paid extra money and it was not worth it and I couldn’t enjoy either. Had I stopped in to stay in a standard room without wanting the amenity of a hot tub and whirlpool it would have cost me half of what I paid and would have been a great experience. I paid almost $400 and didn’t even get to experience the sole reason I came. My only other note is that while the staff is great, checkout was posted as 11 am, I received a text noting it was at noon, and I had two people knocking on my door just after 10:15 am to clean it. I appreciate the need for efficiency, but also if you purchase a hotel room, one should feel comfortable if not encouraged to sleep late and not rush to get out. The people who knocked were nice but there should be a better system to know when guests have checked out. Perhaps relying solely on a response to the text messages you send and if a text isn’t received, assume someone has stayed until checkout.

Breakfast was good with many choices. I liked the ability to make smaller waffles. Size of area was larger enough to accommodate many groups of people. Pool was on the warmer side which was great for me and an early morning swim.

Couldn't control the air conditioning system --it blew very cold air the whole time we were there. No fan in the bathroom!

Clean, nice rooms. Nice pool and exceptional breakfast.

Worst thing I could say is front desk employees should be a little more attentive to the desk and not chatting in back folding laundry & the carpets in the hallways could be upgraded, lots of stains and ripped carpet near the stairs. Great place though, would still highly recommend this place!
