gute Lage, in der Nähe der U-Bahn

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und entsprach dem Niveau eines 2-Sterne-Hotels. das Frühstück war so einfach, dass ich das Frühstück für den zweiten Morgen stornieren und woanders essen wollte, aber der Angestellte dort hat es nicht akzeptiert, es zu stornieren. Keine Klimaanlage in diesem Zimmer. Ich hatte das beste Zimmer des Hotels gewählt (Superior Zimmer!!!) Schimmel im Badezimmer, insbesondere unter den Griffen der Dusche-Handbrause

Удобный номер, регулярная уборка. Идеальное расположение - полминуты до метро, прямая ветка в центр. Очень зеленый район. Отличный завтрак за дополнительную плату

Не очень удобные подушки - как скомканная вата внутри. Есть плита и все возможности для самостоятельной головки, но нет посуды.

Die zentrale Lage direkt an der U3-Station ist perfekt, um schnell im Zentrum zu sein. Unser Zimmer in den Innenhof war schön ruhig, ausreichend geräumig und dank Balkontür in den schattigen Park perfekt vom Raumklima/Temperatur.

Wir waren zufrieden und haben keinen Anmerkungen.

Die Lage war super bezüglich der Anbindung zur U-Bahn.

Sehr laute Umgebung! Direkt an einer extrem befahrenen Straße (auch Nachts!) Die Zimmer waren sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Mobiliar ausreichend für einen Städtetrip, aber mehr leider auch nicht.

the hotel location is very quiet and convenient very near from subway which directly to Marienplatz. but there are quite a few restaurants around.

There is a refrigerator and a microwave in the room, but no plates and utensils.

The rooms need a little bit of renovation.

Stuff was really helpful in any way possible and very friendly.

The room did not look anything like the pictures. It was too hot even though the heating was not working. The fridge could not be closed so it was useless. The stove was there but no cutlery and the furniture and floors are outdated and badly damaged. We wanted to unplug one of the lamps to plug in the phone charger and the wall socket fell apart. Also, the roof terrace was locked at night so we could not use it to get some fresh air.

We loved the ground floor room with the garden access! Good location for a Isarphilharmonie visit. There was also a small kitchenette in the room that can be very convenient for a longer stays.
