Fantastic breakfast, close to public transport, great staff, daily housekeeping
Uncomfortable beds, had to repeatedly ask for sauna to be turned on, housekeeping didn’t take dirty dishes out of room

The beds were comfortable, the room was a good size, the room was quiet.
The location was not good.

Good location if you attend event at Isar Philharmonie - just 5 mins walk, indoor garage if you are lucky to have free spot (there were plenty when we arrived, but full when we left), Friendly staff, complimentary water in the room.
Equipment saw it's better days - owners should consider renovating both the furniture and appliances, bathroom wasn't exactly clean either.
