Breakfast was good, location was excellent. The area of Usaquen is lovely, lots of cafes, restaurants and bars.

When we first arrived due to our airline changing our flight to the first flight of the day we arrived at the hotel earlier than originally planned. We were booked in for 3 nights and leaving the last day at 3 am so we asked if we could swap the breakfast (which we paid for) for the day we arrived so that the day we left we would of course not have breakfast due to us leaving at 3 am. The front desk guy was very rude and inflexible and said no to me. Then my husband asked the same question again and said well what will you do about the breafast at 3 am, he then agreed. It was a simple swap and I felt the guy was very rude to me asking the same question. Anyway we did get to eat the breakfast that day, which we appreciated. It could have been handled better and more politely by the booking in staff.

One week later from the previous stay. Bathroom was great & the bed was still extremely comfortable. Appreciate the front desk staff, their jovial whilst professional attitude towards me. Had a few good conversations there, even in broken Spanish.

Was put in a room that was located above the kitchen & the entrance to the underground car park. The kitchen noise was excessive & made it sound like I had loud neighbours behind, above & in the next room. This only let up for about 4 hours overnight. Car noise & beeping from from the cars entering & exiting the underground car park felt quite frequent. Additional to this noise was either staff or other customers speaking & laughing loudly during the evening/ night. Again, the rooms feel humid at times as they dont have air conditioning.

The floor make strange noises, and my room didn’t have a view although was premium.
