Would just like to say that Marcus, Michael and Thomas were amazing. The team made us feel like friends and family and this by far has been one of the best stays in a resort in recent memory. The property is also wonderful,clean and well laid out. Highly recommend this place

The best thing about this place is the Markos the receptionist he recommanded us about Tavern and place to travel and helped us with everything we needed and more. The location was excellent if you have a car, it's in the middle of the island they have parking and close to a bakery.

The accommodation and staff were great, exactly what we were looking for and the free shuttle into Fira worked really well, but if you dont want to eat out, recepton will help you order a takeaway so you can stay and watch the sunset from the hotel. The staff were always polte and friendly and the price of wine at the hotel was very good at €3.00 a glass If you can upgrade to the Caldera view, it was worth the extra cost.

The customer service by the staff here is outstanding. They’ve gone above and beyond from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.

there’s nothing I can really say that was bad about the property. They just renovated so everything is new. The staff has been extremely a tentative. Very good value for the money. I guess you could say distance from the town it’s a little less than a mile. But they’ve offered shuttle service to town and pick us up anytime we wanted so it really wasn’t that big of an inconvenience.

Location , very clean, very kind staff

Spacious room with nice sitting and dining area and comfortable beds, modern bathroom, great shower with massage features, and extra half-bath was convenient. The complimentary shuttle service back and forth from Fira was an important part of our stay, as we had not rented a car. Thus we were able to use the shuttle service to get to Fira and enjoy the city or tour from there. Management and staff were exceptional.

Overall, whereas management & staff worked hard to accommodate us as guests, we felt the owner's focus on profit & earnings revealed a distinct lack of empathy toward us as customers. For this reason, we will not rebook this property on future trips to Santorini. 1) We sincerely appreciate management's accommodations in responding to our delayed arrival, although we are disappointed that the owner was very austere regarding the terms and conditions of the prepaid booking, in light of a flight issue. We understand the risks of prepaid bookings, but as property managers ourselves we always seek to accommodate distressed travelers, particularly if through no fault of their own, in ways that are advantageous to both parties. Whereas profits and earnings are the lifeblood of any business, empathy toward customers is also important, something which was seemingly lacking in this situation. With a reasonable amount of policy flexibility, we feel that the situation could have been resolved so much more satisfactorily, at very little to no loss of profit to the owner. 2) The Property Address is misleading as shown on the booking. Rather, it is simply listed as: "Property address: Fira, 84700 Fira, Greece". However, a closer look at the map and nearby businesses show addresses listed as "Mesaria, 84700, Greece". The property is definitely closer to Mesaria center and appears to be Mesaria actual. A few sentences in the description/details could clearly inform the travelers of the location outside of Fira city limits. In the end, it is ironic for the fiscally minded owner to have been so inflexible and strict with regard to the terms of the prepaid booking, yet so "flexible" and "loose" with the listing to allow the location description remain so imprecise.

Everything!!!the location is fantastic...in front of the hotel you have the Caldera view...the reflection of the sun in the sea is just amazing, it's like a painting.. the stuff was excellent in everything... The 2 drivers,the cleaners and of course the reception... The food ,,,ohh my god !!! fantastic...

The room was lovely. Breakfast was brought to us each morning which was lovely. The staff were great and the cleanliness was a very high standard. They provided complimentary lifts into the town and also organised for our quad bike which was very helpful. Amazing views from the hotel.

The transfer from the port and to the airport was quite expensive €25 for a less than 10 minute trip.

We had a wonderful few days in Santorini. Pick up was seamless on arrival into the port and we were upgraded on arrival 😍. The manager and all the staff at the hotel are extremely hard working, knowledgeable and ensure that your stay is a perfect one. Hotel is just outside fira town, but they provide free shuttles for their guests which were prompt and comfortable. Rooms Very clean and pool nice size. Would definitely recommend! Thank you 🙏
