Spacious, clean, comfortable
The appartment is guarded 24/24, is next to the 5th Avenue which is the main street with all restaurants and bars.
It is 5-10min away from the beach also !
Everything can be done by walk.
Our stay was perfect, will recommend to any group of friends or family !

Excellent value! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed. The apartment was clean and well decorated.
Only downside is that it is a bit of a walk from the ADO bus station (20min). There was also construction going on next door that started every morning at 8am, but they looked to be getting close to the end on construction. I would still book this apartment again!

El departamento es bonito, muy bien equipado y cómodo. Los porteros del edificio son muy amables. La ubicación es buena.
No me fijé en que no incluye la limpieza, así que tuvimos que ocuparnos de ella durante seis días. Hay un problema con los baños: cuando alguien entra en la noche, se ilumina la habitación muy fuertemente; además, uno de ellos tiene puerta de vidrio qué da a la habitación, lo que hace que no haya privacidad. Como había obras en un edificio contiguo, molestaba el ruido. Además, en la zona de la alberca no había privacidad y, el último día de nuestra estancia, la taparon y no pudimos usarla. Obviamente esto no es imputable a los dueños del departamento, pero nos afectó.

Cleanliness is always the most important aspect for me and this apartment was immaculate. The location cannot be beat. We were primarily interested in the beach clubs and they were all within a 5-10 minute walk. We never used a taxi but you can find several on every corner if needed.

apartment is dark, all the windows face the courtyard, also the apartment is incredibly noisy from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. you will continuously hear the noise of a huge construction site through the wall, it really prevents you from relaxing and you have to get out as soon as possible the apartment to

Balcony was on the inner part of the building and no view and in the shade.

Absolutely perfect location for exploring Playa del Carmen. The apartment itself is very well decorated and maintained. Everything works perfectly, the a/c, hot water, electricity, elevator! The secure parking was also very useful.

The apartment is very clean and just like it shows in the picture. The location is perfect and so central to everything. The host is very attentive and responds right away. Very comfortable place and feels like hone away from home.

I liked that it was spacious and cozy at the same time. The host was attentive and pleasant.
I didn't like that there was alot of noise in the complex so thin walls.

Truly incredible apartment. You could immediately tell it was professionally cleaned. No weird humidity smells. King size beds. Working A/C. Full kitchen. Kids didn't complain at all!

The host was excellent. Check in process was very easy and the host was very helpful. Location is right in the heart of playa del carmen and the apartment was modern spacious and clean. Coffee was a major perk and smart tvs and all the rooms
the view from our apartment faced a courtyard of construction. Early morning workers jamming out to some music using power tools. I am used to this in growing tourist cities but I wasn't expecting it

The location is great! Right next to the Quinta Avenida. The bed were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Good value for the price we payed.
The WIFI didn't work our entire stay. We complained several times to the host but it was never fixed.
The noise coming from the construction in the next building (which is extremely close to the window of the apartment) and also carried a lot of dust.
