Good location, We check in in late night the self check is clearly and usefully

It was a great place, walking distance to city, the room was very clean and also it had coffee making facilities, that was very handy for after hours coffee, kitchen was serving excellent breakfast.
When the dinner was available, I had great meals also.
I was very happy to see lots of trees and plants everywhere.
Everything was perfect. It surpassed my expectations.
I will come back to Perth next year this time. I will stay here again.

The location was excellent. This was our santuary close ti the city and Kings Park. The staff were very helpful and the unit was comfortable and had everything we needed.
Smoking is allowed on the balconies. The smell came into our room sometimes from other units

Location was good
Restaurant downstairs was amazing
Bathroom needed a deeper clean (grout)
Limited items in the kitchen for cooking(no olive oil, pepper, salt)
Bed was ok but linen wasn’t very nice
Front desk was as helpful as they needed to be but nothing more
Not well insulated (could hear people above and to the side)
Balcony wasn’t private (glass in between each person) and chairs uncomfortable
