Fantastic value. Great accommodation. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Ideal location for exploring Cornwall.

It did what we needed. A base to visit family

Just felt a little dated

The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Jo who was there every day that we were there. The food was nice and the changing menus was great for when you wanted to eat in.

There was no warning about there being no towels or toilet roll provided so having to go and buy towels and toilet roll was inconvenient. Especially after such a long drive. This information should have been provided either prior to or after booking. The pool also isn’t open every day, during peak time, this really should be addressed. I appreciate that time slots needed to be booked to allow for everyone getting their fair share, but to close completely again isn’t advertised (if only staying for a day or two, this might land on a day you’re staying on)

Location and staff

Bungalow was very dated and smelled very musty. I had to go and buy plug in air fresheners for every room
