We loved everything. After a 9 hour drive and a ferry, the beautiful lodge was such a welcome sight. It was clean, cosy and comfy! Hamish the spaniel was an added bonus. We enjoyed sitting and chatting in the swing seats in the garden and the gorgeous lights in the evening. The owners could not have been more helpful and even offered to help my son, who's gone to university there.

Good location and well maintained property. Room was nice and tidy and perfect for two people.
The WiFi stopped working so we couldn't use it for most of our stay. There were jars for coffee, tea, and sugar but there was nothing in them, which was a shame - you need to bring your own condiments.
