The location is perfect and we had a view into the bullring. The terrace on level 4 is great, good food served there and the pool is nice though not heated 🥶. Staff are great and very competent. We especially appreciated the car parking service and the 1hr allowance in the car park opposite.
We had a broken kettle which took two days to be replaced plus there was a toilet flush problem which was hotel wide. It was resolved quickly.

Central location great views from 4th floor.
Easy parking. Near all great places to visit
Not very accessible to wheelchair users but we managed very narrow streets so care is needed.
Would like it to be free of traffic
