Great experience in this well preserved chateau! The staff were amazing, room is unique and specious, free snacks and drinks in the room (plus - left flowers for my wife's birthday)

Superb location and very convenient to explore Saint Malo prior to catching the Ferry. Restaurant was superb but important to book prior to arrival.
Breakfast was fantastic and good value.
All staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Very difficult to find fault with any aspect of the hotel. The gardens and general landscaping could have been better and potentially let down your first impression on arrival. Once inside a very impressive set up

This is a beautiful place to stay, the building is amazing. The facilities are very good and the beds very comfortable, we didn’t eat here so don’t know about the food but the dining room looked nice.
The only thing I would say and it wasn’t that we didn’t like it but as it’s such an old building the floors are very very creaky! It didn’t bother us but if you are a very light sleeper it might disturb you.

Liked the unique architecture and history. The breakfasts were very good.
Overall upkeep of the property and grounds is very poor. The carpets need replacing, property is dirty and in need of a good clean, and the grounds need to be maintained. Significant investment is needed.
