Location is great, stuff is unbelievably helpful and friendly, rooms are spacious, breakfast super tasty.

The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear literally everything your neighbours are doing ((((

In all our travels, the best breakfast by far. The staff went out of their way to provide and answer everything and with a smile. The best and it is changing our thoughts from Airbnb to hotels as where to stay.

This was our first visit to Lisbon and we are so glad we stayed here. First the location was perfect to go anywhere all over city. The decor and ambiance has a funky arty vibe which we prefer… it’s boutique style with mix of vintage and modern. The staff!!! Amazing! We were greeted by Carolina who was the sweetest, most informative and friendly person, which helped us make plans to see the city. She and the other staff are all super welcoming . Breakfast had so many choices from fresh yogurt and the mixings to typical Euro style meats and cheeses and fruits. plus excellent quiche in veggie and other types and pastries. Coffee was not bitter…. loved fresh brewed best but they hv a coffee machine for expressos cappuccinos etc. We are a family of three and it was great having a two bedrooms . Bath was large enough and rooms w tall ceilings made it feel larger. Beds and pillows comfy! oh and they had a small bottle of wine in room upon arrival. Loved the modern art mixed w random antiques. Stay here! We will definitely stay here again .

Large rooms with lots of natural light. A good breakfast with tea, coffee, water etc. available throughout the day. The staff could not be more helpful, a great team who really helped us out.

Unfortunately we were a victim of crime outside of this hotel. The staff were very helpful during this ordeal and helped us with contacting police and trying to recover our stolen items. Of course not a fault of the hotel itself, just something to be aware of when travelling back here at night time.

This hotel is actually a converted apartment complex, so we were able to stay with another couple in the same unit. The main lobby floor is spacious and comfortable, and the included breakfast far exceeded our expectations. The host was friendly and helpful and the value was excellent - all in a great location!

Staff are the success of this place - from guest relations, breakfast staff to cleaners - thank you for making our first trip to Lisbon memorable. Service like a good 4* hotel but is a boutique guesthouse with quirky decor. Every room is different so don't expect room to look like the photos on any internet booking platform. One of the best breakfast spreads in European hotels (ie it doesn't just have cold bread, cheese and cold meats) - it's a full buffet with fresh fruits, healthy options, freshly baked goods, freshly made juices and nicely cooked eggs on request to rival any 5* hotel :)

The quirky disconnected decor, the weird ad hoc placement of unusual pieces of non functional furniture - it doesn't lend itself to a practical use of space or a serene flow in the room.Great location The toilet paper - a 4* place really needs better quality toilet paper that doesn't feel like sand paper. The cutlery used at breakfast is miniature - could do with normal size cutlery and plates. And please give your guests a small box of tissues and face washers :) Front entrance between 2 shoe shops and no space for car to stop to unload without being in the path of a tram or other traffic!

Very very helpful and friendly. I had to work past check out time and they used common sense to not force me out the room band on 11am. Really useful advice on Lisbon. Wish all places were like this. My room was amazing. Had character.
