the room ambience was cold.

Staff was really nice. Breakfast was reach in choices. Big rooms.

Facilities is quite old, not really well maintained inside. Walls and carpet were dirty, not because they didn't clean, but really poor manteinance. For a hotel with 5 stars I was quite disappointed. On last night there was a cockroach near the sink (I know it can happen with this weather, but still poor cleaning and old facilities). I didn't complain, so I can't say how they will answer with this problem. Not bad in general, but not a place I will recommend or where I will go again.

Strategic location. Great city & swimming pool view. Plenty of taxis around the corner for convenience.

Old facilities. Water temperature cannot be adjusted. Room Aircon temperature cannot be adjusted.

Location is perfect to go for shopping or go out at night. Rooms are big and clean and breakfast is very good.
