Ristrutturazioni verso l'esterno della Grande Torre sono in corso in autunno. Si prega di chiamare l'Ufficio per i dettagli. Questo condominio completamente rinnovato (2018) con due camere da letto e due bagni si trova all'undicesimo piano del nostro edificio a torre. Le incredibili viste sul golfo da questa unità ti permettono di goderti i nostri bellissimi tramonti! Forse avvistando un lamantino o i delfini che giocano nel surf. Per la sua posizione, è una breve passeggiata per la nostra spiaggia di quarzo bianco e le acque azzurre del Golfo del Messico. Questo condominio splendidamente decorato è perfetto per una vacanza a Siesta Key. La spaziosa camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con TV a schermo piatto da 32 "e la camera degli ospiti ha due letti queen size con TV a schermo piatto da 42". Il soggiorno è dotato di una grande TV a schermo piatto da 65 "a parete con servizio TV HD FIOS per il tuo divertimento. Il numero massimo di ospiti autorizzati a dormire in questa unità è di sei. Il bagno principale ha una cabina doccia e il bagno per gli ospiti ha una combinazione doccia / vasca. La cucina a pianta aperta recentemente rinnovata ha ripiani in granito, tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e un'abbondanza di armadi. È completamente attrezzato con tutti gli elementi necessari per cucinare: pentole / padelle, piatti, utensili, tostapane e caffettiera. Il condominio è interamente piastrellato. Il patio schermato arredato in modo confortevole consente di godere delle nostre calde brezze tropicali. La piscina sulla spiaggia mostrata nella foto non fa parte della nostra proprietà.

Lounge chairs are provided by the property. First come, first serve. The property sits right on the beach with floor to ceiling windows giving you beautiful views of the beach, water and sunsets. There is no water view balcony but with the views from the windows it wasn’t a big deal to us. The property was clean, the unit well stocked with the essentials and close to everything. We would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend. We could not have enjoyed our place any more! The condo was amazing and the property was perfect! We have already suggested Palm Bay Club to several friends and we hope to be back soon! Sheila and the staff were all helpful and professional!

The rental was nice but missing a few things. One is there were rugs but the unit provided no vacuum, so I spent my time cleaning with a broom and then having to call and lay for the cleaners to come in because no matter how hard you try sand doesn’t come out of a rug. The second bathroom shower couldnt be used because the drain didn’t work properly and you would stand in a pool up to your knees of water. I tried to use the dishwasher but ended up having to rewash what I put in. The very small patio was old, furniture was good to dry a towel on not to sit and relax while looking at the parking lot. The two sliding doors did not close properly and left a draft to come in making the rooms hotter. I have stayed at the Palm several times and each unit I previously rented was kind enough to leave a few things for your trip to the beach, This rental provided nothing for guests. You would think at the amount you’re paying for a weeks rental you would at least have a little cooler or a vacuum.
