Unit 91- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium.
Ristrutturazioni verso l'esterno della Grande Torre sono in corso in autunno. Si prega di chiamare l'Ufficio per i dettagli. Questo condominio con due camere da letto e due bagni recentemente rinnovato si trova al nono piano del nostro edificio della Grande Torre. Le incredibili viste sul golfo da questa unità ti permettono di goderti i nostri bellissimi tramonti! Forse avvistando un lamantino o i delfini che giocano nel surf. A causa della sua posizione, è una breve passeggiata per la nostra spiaggia di quarzo bianco e le acque azzurre del Golfo del Messico. Questo condominio splendidamente decorato è perfetto per una vacanza a Siesta Key. La spaziosa camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con TV a schermo piatto da 32 "e la camera degli ospiti ha due letti queen size con TV a schermo piatto da 32". Per rispettare il codice antincendio della contea di Sarasota, il numero massimo di ospiti autorizzati a dormire in questa unità è sei. L'ampio soggiorno è dotato di TV a schermo piatto da 42 "con servizio TV HD FIOS per il vostro divertimento. Il bagno principale ha una cabina doccia e il bagno per gli ospiti ha una combinazione doccia / vasca. La cucina a pianta aperta ha ripiani in granito e un'abbondanza di armadi. È completamente attrezzato con tutti gli elementi necessari per cucinare: pentole / padelle, stoviglie, utensili, tostapane, macchina per il caffè e una macchina per caffè Keurig. Il condominio è completamente piastrellato. Il patio chiuso arredato in modo confortevole con finestre scorrevoli, consente di godere delle nostre calde brezze tropicali.

This was a perfect place to stay for a short week getaway. The condo was super clean and the view overlooking the gulf were amazing. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens for the stay. The kitchen had almost every utensil that you would ever need.Unlike many other rentals that I have used, many food condiments are provided or leftover from other renters. With this rental, you really need to bring everything for your food preparation including paper products, soaps, etc. I would definitely try to stay here again on future visits.

The property including the beach is very well maintained. The pool is large and up to 10 ft. deep. The condo has panoramic views of the Gulf which is quite beautiful. The only thing we needed to purchase upon arrival was paper towels :-)

Beach view was obstructed by suspended scaffolding ropes and pretty big stickers on the windows. Loud construction started at 8am every day and continued throughout the day. Too loud to have a conversation in Unit. Unit listed having an in unit washer and dryer. It did not. Cost 5/load. Limited amount of towels to use or you could pay to have more. No towels at pool either. Unit not stocked well. No paper towels or stuff to cleanup. Would not stay again.
