La struttura è moderna, lo staff abbastanza accogliente, il ristorante è buono così come la colazione. Molto Gradevole anche il salotto per aperitivi o after dinner con sport in tv.
La spa che viene indicata come servizio ma che in realtà è di difficile accesso senza aver prenotato con abbondante anticipo, ergo è quasi come non averla in periodi come il ponte dell’immacolata. La posizione è pratica per il parcheggio ma leggermente defilata.

The staffs are all friendly and nice. The location is perfect. just out of the busy area to enjoy quietness and beautiful view. Right next to the lift. Near a supermarket and a cling laundry. It was just so convenient.
The room was clean and comfortable. the view from the balcony was beautiful. the restaurant was really good! We really had good time staying here.
It was rather pricy but it is summer season of Dolomite. hotels are expensive everywhere.

We loved this property and used it as a base to explore the Dolomites. Staff were professional and very friendly , particularly the restaurant / breakfast team. The hotel seemed recently re furbished and the room with balcony whilst not the biggest was very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. Bathroom was modern with walk-in shower. Parking outside and conveniently located near the small town. View from our balcony over the mountains was special.

The location is very good and the view is amazing.
When we arrived we found that the room had not been cleaned. The floor was full of dust and it was obvious that it had not been cleaned.
But i will note that the manager sent someone to ckean the room.

Great rooms, large, very warm, very comfortable beds, large bathroom, sofa in the living room of the suite is convertible into 2 single beds. 2 large wardrobes and 2 working tables in the suite, large balcony. Very comfortable beds, and very good cleaning every day. Shuttle to the large area from the hotel and ski lift right behind the hotel to the small area. Stuff in the restaurant is very good and careful. Really highly recommend the hotel.
The only disappointing thing was the kitchen.
Hotel pretend to be a hotel with high cuisine restaurant - but most of the food during our 1 week staying was not tasty. It was possible to find something quite good in the menu, but not perfect and not delicious. On HB you may choose 4 dishes (1 starter, 1 hot starter, 1 main dish and 1 dessert) you choose from 3 choices in the menu, 2 choices are always the same and 1 is changing everyday.
When you paying near 500 euro for 1 night of staying it is strange that fried egg or mixed salad cost an extra 6-8 euro on the breakfast. Bathrobe also cost extra 5 euro (and was not available when we asked for it). It is better to take a little bit more money of 1 night but include fried and boiled eggs and some vegetables in the breakfast.

The property is located in a very good area, away from the crowded Pozza , all the staff is very friendly, the hotel is very clean, cozy, the beds are comfortable. Everything was great, we will came back next year. Thanks to all the staff!
It would be nice to have heaters on the outside terrace. A lot of sweet stuff for breakfast(very good otherwise), but for someone who doesn’t eat sweet pastry for breakfast, there could be more options without ordering. But it is just a small sugestion, it doesn’t mean that much.

If you ever visit Val Di Fassa you must definitely stop at the @xalphotel. The structure is modern and cosy, the personnel is really friendly and professional and the spa is really nice. The view from the rooms is really compelling and the external Jacuzzi is the icing on the cake!

The hotel is new, and you feel it!
Everything is super nice and well design.
The breakfast was good (although everything was finish on 9:20, and we should ask over and over to bring us things).
The room is small.
There were renovations on the hotel balcony (just below our room). They started at 7am!

Excellent stay... wonderful staff...would like to come again if we ever visit Italy again....will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends in India!

Great facilities, including sauna and jacuzzi beside the room, and very welcoming and nice staff. Also a lot of parking space and good breakfast
The room is quite small and also the shower. Would expect something bigger based on the rest of the hotel and facilities, but overall a great experience

Excellent hotel in the Fossa Valley. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Great continental breakfast selection - can't go wrong with natural honeycomb. Evening meal was excellent.
Located next to Vajolet lift which is perfect start and finish for a day hiking in the mountains.
Would have been a bonus to have lunch at the hotel, but no bad thing as we had a walk into Pozza di Fassa.

The location was fabulous. We had a suite with a beautiful view of the mountains. Every single member of staff in the hotel were more than helpful and very engaging. We ate a couple a times in the restaurant in the evening. The food was exceptional with lots of local dishes to choose from.
We came in our own car. Good parking at the front of the hotel.
We would definitely stay here again!

So clean and beautiful and the view from the room was just - WOW!
The breakfast was very rich and tasty and the host in the reception was so nice and helpful. Also the hotel is so beautiful and had a nice cozy area.
We ate dinner at the restaurant of the hotel and it was not worth the value at all ...
