Hotel Rigi Klösterli

The customer service was rxtraordinary and so personable. My little grand niece loved the Spielzimmwr (pkay room). The lit candles in the hall added yo the charm. Lovedc eating outside w spectacular view Breakfast was healthy and filling. I was impressed w the use of organic products. We had a Familienzimmer and did not mind at all that the toiket and shower were on the floor, rather than in the room. There were plenty of toiket and shower facilities.Rigi Klösterli exudes a spiritual well being and I highly recommend it. The staff, esp the woman at reception was a warm and attentive personable professional.Danke viilmals.

Authenticity and old school hospitality!

The rooms are very basic and shared bathrooms not great
