Central location, great views of the marina, and staff were excellent. so was the service and breakfast!

Hot water was not working properly. Tricky to find but all the locals were very helpful.

Small cosy hotel in the old town very close to the waterfront. Just 4 rooms with cute balconies overlooking the charming side streets. Breakfast, cooked to order on the stunning roof terrace was the highlight. This family run hotel is very friendly and accommodating.

Whilst the location is in some ways ideal, in others it is not. A bar adjacent to the hotel had loud music blasting away until 02:30 in the morning which meant no sleep at all. Whilst not the fault of the hotel it is the reason the scoring is not higher.

Hotel is located right in the middle of Old Kalkan. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was huge and delicious with a wide selection of freshly prepared hot and cold food.

Great breakfast, perfect location, super friendly and helpful staff. We really didn't want to leave, small but perfectly formed, we will return 😁

If we are being picky the electrics could be modernised and a working room safe would be appreciated but those are tiny negatives.

This is an amazing hotel. The location is very central, it’s incredibly pretty and the staff are exceptional. If you needed anything they went out of their way to sort it for you. The view from the rooftop restaurant is stunning and the food was wonderful. I would 100% recommend it.

Hotel is central amongst main nightlife area, so plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. There is also a nice rood =f terrace restaurant attached.

Room was a little shabby and in need of some repairs with some plug sockets broken and lights not working.

Lovely and clean and really friendly staff who let us check in early and check out late.

It can be a little noisy in the old town but not the hotels fault.

nice hotel in the center of kalkan. good value for money. breakfast was very good, staff is very friendly. great view from the roof, where the breakfast was being served.

The host was very unfriendly in the beginning. when he found out that we booked a room with 1 child, but there was second 4 month old child with us. But later he got warmer. Check out is 11am sharp or you can be yelled at :-)

Central to the town. Excellent welcome from host. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was delicious and evening meal great value for money. couldn’t ask for any more really.

Breakfast on the roof terrace with its superb views over the harbour to the islands was the highlight. The building has character - lots of wood panelling everywhere. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Some rooms will have a seatview. Unfortunately our room was at the back of the building and looked out onto a neighbouring house and courtyard.

Do not expact something good. The OLD Trading name and they are not kidding:)

It's really really cute hotel with very friendly people and really cute rooms. The bathroom was really nice with waterfall shower and beautiful tiles. Also the balcony to this calm street was really relaxing. The best is the price, 45€ per night is close to given for free. Really recommended from my side

The breakfast could be more creative. But actually it was in this really cheap price included so it's really ok. Just it's not sth special

Magnificent guest house in one of the lovely Greek-Turkish streets of the village. Very interesting design and interior of the house. Even though we were the only guests, the host provided service. In the morning just for us breakfast was served on the terrace.

A more thorough cleaning of the shower stall is required.

Beautiful old Turkish house, fab views on the roof terrace for breakfast.. Basic Turkish room as you would expect but with a very modern bathroom. Great traditional Turkish village breakfast and lovely home cooked food in the evening restaurant(we ate here twice during our stay). Baresh and his staff were lovely and went above and beyond to help during our stay and especially on the last day.

Brilliant we’ve been to Kalkan many times and this has got to be our favorite stay everyone at the hotel was excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. The location was fantastic, breakfast with a view couldn’t be beaten xx
