Very cosy bijoux hôtel perfectly located ( close to the most important historic sites). The staff is so nice and welcomi

The warm welcome and all the kind support for the whole staff. The central location is great ( in front of the basilica citerne). The cosy place.

Fantastisch

Locatie, ontbijt en zeer behulpzaam personeel.

Tram vlak langs pand maakt wat lawaai, niet vaak en met oordopjes prima te onderdrukken. Verder zeer verkeersluw.

Excepcional , superou nossas expectativas.

O hotel tem uma localização perfeita, em frente a Basílica da Cisterna e a Mesquita Santa Sophia. Tudo se faz á pé. O café da manha é maravilhoso. O quarto muito confortável e o ponto alto são os funcionários que são educadíssimos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Assim que chegamos ( a tarde) , o recepcionista nos deu todas as orientações sobre a cidade, nos mostrando no mapa o que fazer e dando dicas. Recomendavam os restaurantes e faziam as reservas , além de indicar o que pedir do cardápio. Chegaram a nos levar na porta do restaurante que fizeram a reserva, como delicadeza. Como não passa carro na frente do hotel, um dos recepcionistas te espera para ajudar com as malas ( ida e na volta) . Os transfers já sabem disto e se comunicam com o hotel. Amenities da Bvulgari,

Perfect location. All attractions are a within 5 mins walk. Extremely caring staff. Excellent service.

Wir kommen wieder

Von Mitarbeiter bis Geschäftsführer sind alle super nett, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Wir konnten von unserem Balkon aus die Hagia Sophia sehen. Phantastisch!

Outstanding holiday

Great size room - exceptionally comfortable. Location A1. Service and friendliness amazing. Breakfast was really good and aircon in this weather was really comfortable.

A comfortable and pleasant short stay.

Comfortable rooms and well located close to main attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Transfers weren’t able to come right up to the hotel because it’s located in the historical centre.

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is next to the Hagia Sofia mosque. Shops and restaurants in the street outside

Location fabulous

Fabulous location and given a room upgrade so a lovely big room. Breakfast was amazing

Had problems with the electric blinds and the shower flooded the whole bathroom area.

amazing location with a comfortable stay

The location of the property could not be better. The hotel is literally next to the Hagia Sophia mosque which allowed us to view the mosque at night ( it's open 24 Hours). The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodative. Sedat at the front office was great with his recommendations and the rest of the team also always greeted us with a big warm smile.

Fantastic location, fabulous breakfasts and a lovely team.

Ramazan, (one of the breakfast team) was a particular star, very friendly and very patient when we tried to practice speaking Turkish and all the staff were really friendly and helpful; even coming in the middle of the night to meet our taxi and walk us to the hotel. The breakfast was absolutely amazing!

A bit more storage space in the bedroom would be helpful such as some drawers or shelves for clothing items as only hanging space available. There is a definite knack to opening the door to the lovely terrace with an incredible view!

Great staying in Sultanahmet

Stylish and cozy hotel, perfectly located in a historical area, 3 min walk to Hagia Sophia, 8 min to Blue Mosque. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, truly appreciate their kindness and readiness to help. Breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect

The hotel was modern, clean and located in the perfect spot! Hagia Sophia was literally next door. The staff were always on hand to help my elderly parents. Murad, Can and Ramzan were brilliant and respectful. They had an excellent attitude and were always there to welcome us. I am hoping to go back again next year!

The location is ideal, 5 min walk from a lot of sights, restaurants, metro station The breakfast is good and much better compared to the ones served in other restaurants The staff is friendly and very helpful

Saint Sophia Hotel, Istanbul

The hotel is in a fantastic location in Istanbul, just at the rear of the Sophia mosque. It is convenient for all the major tourist attractions and for getting on to public transport to get to other areas of the city. Istiklal is only 20 minutes away by tram and metro. The staff at the hotel are friendly and welcoming. Sedat, Bilal and all the staff were happy to answer any questions, recommend local restaurants and book taxis etc. It was a very enjoyable stay.

A couple of bits of the hotel decor could do with refreshing.
