My partner and I stayed in Istanbul for 4 days, and our time at Hotel Saint Sofia was absolutely wonderful—we felt truly pampered from start to finish!
Our room was beautiful, and the location is unbeatable, perfect for exploring the very heart of Istanbul on foot. The breakfast was phenomenal and extremely rich, offering a wide and delicious selection to start the day.
What really made our stay unforgettable, however, was the incredibly kind and efficient staff. When we ran into a problem with our taxi to the airport, Hakan immediately stepped in to guide the driver to the correct spot, while Ömer swiftly brought our suitcases to the meeting point.
We absolutely recommend Hotel Saint Sofia and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The staff were very polite and responded very quickly to all of our requested. I could not fault them.
Some of steps up to the terrace were quite loose. A light on the terrace would be useful.

The hotel was very central, rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were helpful and friendly and breakfast was substantial.

Fantastic location, opposite the Basilica Cistern, walking distance to restaurants.
Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were helpful. Bfast was good.
Shower leaked, the room phone didn’t work and the TV was having a lot of problems.
