Hotel Riverside with Swimming pool

First of all i am really happy with the provided rate.I enjoyed staying with them.Friendly staffs, service, location everthing was best. I will definetly come back again.

Nothing

The breakfast was one of the best parts of my stay, with great taste and quality. The location was perfect, making it very convenient to get around. I was also lucky to grab a room at a very low rate, which made the stay even more worthwhile. Due to the sudden flash floods around the Nepal–China border, tourism and hospitality were understandably affected, and there were fewer guests than usual during my stay. However, that did not affect the quality of service at all — the staff remained welcoming, attentive, and professional. The swimming pool was super clean and well maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Despite the difficult circumstances affecting tourism at the time, the hotel continued to provide excellent hospitality and genuinely good service. Overall, I feel fortunate that I got such a great offer and had the opportunity to experience Hotel Riverside.

Gardens could have been in more good shape.I think due to rainy season. Understandable.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Riverside. I really enjoyed the continental breakfast—the food was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented, with a good variety of options. The location was peaceful and beautiful, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The hospitality was excellent, and overall, I had a very comfortable and memorable stay at Hotel Riverside.

What i didn't like was the staffs were too honest and kind which followed some problems interacting with indian guests who were being mean to them

The room was cosy and the Air conditioner worked well

Not good food and staff not very helpful. Pool was not very clean.
