We arrived the hotel to checked in just after 1pm. Receptionist told us "the rooms are not ready, and the 2 rooms should be ready in around 1 hour time". We scored that because we arrived before 2pm. When we return back to the hotel at around 3:30pm, we were again told by the receptionist that the rooms were still not ready... Then I told the receptionist "you told me that the rooms would be ready in 1 hour" (which would be at around 2pm!) Then she replied quite rudely "The hotel check in time is at 2pm!? I do understand that the check in time is at 2pm. But she told me at the first time "The rooms would be ready in around 1 hour" Then the rooms were still not ready when we came back more than 2 hours later. And, the way she said to me was like telling me off, and it was my fault to arrived to check in early... But, why?? I didn't complain and said anything except that she said the rooms would be ready in 1 hour but they were not ready after more than 2 hours. This type of service is very unprofessional and giving a very bad impression to the hotel. Another note: The hotel corridors were not vacuum and clean properly.

Excellent location, food and room.

For conferences, Pullman should improve the quality of the projector in each of those small rooms for break-up session. The visual from those projectors are poor. However the grand ballroom is excellent!

We booked an executive room which didn’t include club lounge access. The lounge staff waived our fee on the first night which allowed us to enjoy the evening cocktails and stunning sunset. The room was minimally equipped for comfort. The room felt sparse. The was no drawer space to put things away and the room felt empty with no where to lounge or rest other than the bed. We wish it had a sofa, rug, chest of drawers and coffee table.
