Location and historic nature of the facility. The staff was great. We had a really nice view of the courtyard.

Perfect location, very quiet in the room, very dark and air conditioning worked great. Even better- on our departure day we left a camera in our taxi at the airport, and the front desk staff came to our rescue, staying on hold with the taxi company for nearly a half hour but located our camera and had the driver come back to the airport. Incredible service and we are indebted to them for their help.
We loved everything- we did not eat breakfast at the hotel so we can't comment on that.

Great location in the center of town. Really spacious room with a large bathroom and plenty of storage space. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The common parts are extremely uncomfortable to navigate with luggage.
It feels like a awkwardly designed boarding school residence
