FANTASTIC location, within a stones throw of all of the best sights Firenze has to offer….the coffee house recommended by the staff is also brilliant for breakfast/brunch.
The room was well appointed, modern, clean and the bathroom was unreal! A/C, comfy bed….I could go on!
Sabrina was friendly and looked after our bags on our check out day - Grazie!
We’d love to return and hope to see you soon!
For the very limited time we spent chilling in the room - being able to use something like Netflix on the TV would have been good - but not a deal breaker at all.

Bonus was bottled water stocked daily and room cleaned daily. Beautiful bathroom. Ideal location.
Stair climb. But, no big deal breaker.

We didn’t have breakfast.
The bedroom was very comfortable. The staircase from the bedroom to the bathroom was VERY steep which was problematic for our arthritis (we had no idea that it would be so steep). The host was very charming and helpful.

There is too many flies in the room and there is no elevator and there’s no one help us to carry our luggage and there is no room service and no one in reception all the time
Just the location and the room was big
