Perfect location for visiting Rome. We requested multiple transfers from the airport and train station (6 of us traveling). Everything was absolutely perfect. The stress of traveling was gone. The rooms were lovely and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Excellent and convenient location in a busy area, but we had no issue with noise at night. The staff were very friendly and the included breakfast exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend this hotel to first time travelers in Florence, as it is within walking distance to all the main sights and is in a safe location.

The location is absolutely wonderful, right in the centre of town. The historic building is a sight to behold and it feels great to stay in a piece of history. The air con is great and the beds are comfy. Wisly was a very kind individual at breakfast and very helpful, much more than can be said for the rest of the staff.
Breakfast was disappointing. A lot of staff are very rude. There’s a fair bit of noise from the square at all time of day and until about midnight from musicians and performers in the square. Not excessive but do take some earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. No fridge in the room. Just not worth the money. The old building has its drawbacks with noise transmitted quite easily through the wooden floors, particularly if you’re in room 307-309 which are below the breakfast room.
