Adatto a coppie, famiglie con 2/3 bambini o amici per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno nel famoso quartiere di Opera / Montmartre.
Comodo soggiorno / sala da pranzo con divano e sedie per rilassarsi con riscaldamento e aria condizionata.
Le camere da letto hanno ciascuna due letti king size extra comodi che possono essere letti singoli, con lampade laterali, ventilatori e riscaldamento.(culla e seggiolone disponibili)
Il bagno ha un bagno completo con doccia e lavandino e c'è un bagno separato con lavandino.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata e ha una cucina in vetroceramica a 4 fuochi, forno, frigorifero con congelatore. Tostapane, macchina da caffè, bollitore e tutto il necessario per cucinare di base.

Nel mezzo dei siti più visitati di Parigi, vicino agli autobus e alle 4 stazioni della metropolitana.
Di fronte al palazzo si trova l'ingresso degli splendidi portici.

Vicino all'Opera, al Louvre, al Museo delle cere di Grevin, ai più grandi negozi di vendita delle Galeries Lafayette di Parigi, alle sale d'asta pubbliche Drouot e Montmartre.
Anche vicino a gallerie d'arte, ristoranti, teatri dal vivo. Non lontano dalla Express-Railway-Station a Disney-Land.
Mercato e panifici e ottimi ristoranti, supermercati e generi alimentari sono proprio dietro l'angolo.

The owner had excellent communication. The location is fantastic. The apartment was very clean. I’m American and I would say the A/C was not what we were expecting. There was no venting hose for the portable A/C and it blows hot air into the apartment. We did open the tall windows and put the A/C unit in front of it., but don’t think it did much good. It was in the 90F range for our whole time in Paris and it was hard to sleep with the heat. Obviously the owners can’t do anything about the weather, but I realized the view of A/C in the USA vs EU, so Americans should just be prepared.If we come back to Paris, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Fantastic location, super close to everything. Grocery stores, bakeries, chocolate, and all the metro stations. Super cute little apartment. Afforded a beautiful city street view, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Great place to come back to and relax in (with my family of four) after spending busy days touring around the city. Of all the neighborhoods we walked around in, this one felt the warmest, and friendliest. Would stay again, and recommend it to all.

Livio and Joelle were excellent hosts. The apartment is in an excellent location for a stay in Paris. Check-in was easy and fast. Nearby are Metro stations, restaurants, markets and shopping. The apartment is very nice and clean with plenty of room. The Chartier, a classic old French restaurant since 1896 is nearby and a must go to. The world class Galleries Lafayette and La Maison Le Gourmet are a short walk, and be sure to go to the sixth floor of the Galleries Lafayette for a view of the city. You can get to all the museums easily on the nearby Metro stations. Overall, the stay there couldn’t have been better and we would stay there again on return.

The apartment is in a busy and bustling area with many shops and restaurants nearby. Whether you are in need of basic essentials, a patisserie, quick meal, or fine dining it is all a convenient walk away. The multiple Metro lines are easily accessible as well.It is on the third floor of a very secure building with an elevator that is VERY small (one person with their luggage is all that it fits) It's location on a smaller, fairly busy neighborhood street is ideal for anyone who wants to feel like they are in a real neighborhood in Paris, away from the larger, busier boulevards. The apartment was large enough for 3 people comfortably, with very little noise from the street; the kitchen had the necessary, basic essentials. Unfortunately, we could not rate the apartment more highly because, while clean and functional it definitely needs updating, especially the towels and linens provided.The beds were comfortable, but one of the bedroom sheets had small holes in them - a sign of old bedding that should have been noticed and replaced. As well, the bathroom towels, while clean, were old, rough and some showed staining; these should have been replaced withnew towels a long time ago.The marble bathroom was nice but for the safety of future guests, it needs to have both a rubber mat in the bathtub/shower to present slipping, as well as a good cloth bathmat provided on the marble floor.Issues we had with plumbing and a heater were resolved by the management.
